Automotive Mystery Shopping – Periodic Service Evaluation | UAE, KSA & Oman
We are looking for car owners in the UAE, Saudi Arabia (KSA), and Oman to participate in an automotive mystery shopping / service evaluation assignment. Selected participants will need to visit an authorized service center for their vehicle's periodic maintenance service (Oil & Filter change) and evaluate the overall service experience based on a provided evaluation questionnaire. Markets & Sample Market Total Participants UAE 13 KSA 13 Oman 13 Total 39 Vehicle Requirements Participants must own a vehicle from one of the following brand groups: Brand / Brand Group UAE KSA Oman MG OR Jetour 2 2 2 Hyundai OR Kia 2 2 2 Ford OR GM 2 2 2 Toyota 2 2 2 Nissan 2 2 2 Mitsubishi Motors 3 3 3 Total 13 13 13 Vehicle Criteria Model: Any model Vehicle age: 0–3 years Specification: GCC specification Mileage: Open / to be confirmed based on eligibility Required service: Periodic maintenance service – Oil & Filter change Exclusion: The first free service at 1,000 km is excluded. Assignment Requirements The selected car owner will be expected to: Confirm vehicle ownership and eligibility. Schedule/visit the relevant authorized service center for periodic maintenance. Complete the required Oil & Filter change service. Observe and evaluate the service experience using the provided questionnaire/checklist. Submit the required evaluation/report and supporting information after the visit. Required Freelancer Capability Please apply only if you can recruit eligible car owners or directly participate as an eligible car owner in the specified market. We are particularly interested in freelancers/fieldwork partners who have access to automotive consumers and can manage in-person service evaluation assignments.
